22nd October 2019 - Present - Working at a university as a User Support Analyst.

May 2010 - 31st July 2019 - Worked in a school as an ICT Technician and then onto Deputy Network Manager. During this time the school expanded to include a Primary school, a 6th form and another secondary school. I gained webmaster responsibilities in July 2015 and then I became Deputy Network Manager in September 2018.

September 2004 - September 2005 & July 2006 - October 2006 - Worked in Marks and Spencer as a Sales Advisor. Mainly in the menswear department. My responsibilities included dealing with the general public, ordering, displaying stock and customer services.

Volunteer Experience and Courses

16/04/2020 - Essentials of AV Technology by Avixa (online course).

2008 – Present: St. Paul’s Church – Sound Team, involves working with music groups and speakers to ensure they can be heard clearly and the sound is balanced.

25/09/2018 – Completed Emergency First Aid At Work Including use of Automated External Defibrillator.

Interests and activities

I appreciate listening to music, particularly jazz and rock. I enjoy playing the guitar, especially acoustic. A passion of mine is photography, I particularly enjoy taking wildlife and scenic photographs. To relax I like to play snooker and pool.
